After upgrade, most every thing seemed fine. I went and enable Compilation, now admin is blank even after clearing cache.

Also on my store front, I now have 2 duplicate sets of category names?

I don’t have shell access to my server?

I’ve tired disabling the compiler with the /includes/config.php but that doesn’t work either
