After failing to solve the problems by the update from 1.8 to 1.2, we have decided to install from scratch.
This is the mistake that we are in the installer just after entering the data of the DDBB.
MySQL for any special request for this new version? Also we can not install a version 1.1.8 is normal?

Have you completely emptied/deleted the database before running the installer? Looks like it is still trying to upgrade. Also, are you using the full package or the downloader?

I would recommend to start over with a fresh database and download the full package (1.2.0.1). As long as your server meets the requirements, you should not be seeing such errors on a fresh install.

@mollon:

Try the the following. Open mysql4-upgrade-0.7.10-0.7.11.php in a plain text editor, and comment the following lines of code like this:

/*
$installer->getConnection()->addColumn(
$table,
“is_filterable_in_search”,
“TINYINT( 1 ) UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT ‘1’”
);
*/

Then clear your cache (rm -rf var/cache/*), and reload the site. Since the column already exists, you can safely comment the addColumn statement in the upgrade script. You may have to fix several similar errors before your site is working.
