Having a website, with different products, for different target-groups, in different stores is not always easy…

This brings up a need to show some promoted products on one store frontpage, and others on another store frontpage.

Is there an extension available to select and show products based on specified attributes.

Indeed… Many times.

it’s no big deal to find a “Featured products” module, but when specific needs comes up… also, with requirement of cummunity, version 1.6, then it becomes severely limited.

logically I would think that many developers must have been thinking about this - but all I can find is:

But it’s not even close to meet the needs.

You can also take a look at the Improved Sorting extension.  The module can show products blocks soter by some custom criteria: new products, top-rated products, most viewed products.

I think you should contact to customer service of the company you purchased that product! They will help you more!
