I’ve looked at PAP in detail and it looks pretty sweet.  One question, is there a way that you know of to allow for phone orders to be allocated to an affiliate?  We use Magento for all of our phone orders and we have people that are referred by an affiliate that end up calling us to place an order.  Is this possible?

Phone orders are always messy in any affiliate system, because you rarely know which affiliate is responsible. That said, if you know the affiliate you are dealing with, there are tools available for manually adding the commission for the sale.

Do you have any specific recommendations on what tools are available?

In the PAP merchant area you can manually add a commission (there’s a button on the transactions list). In Magento the module adds a “Connect order to affiliate” feature. Either of these can be used to manually credit an affiliate for a phone order.
