Hi all.
My first post. I’m looking for a ecommerce platform that I can start as a gifts recommendations site and then later start selling goods online. Ideally I’d like merchants to create accounts and propose their goods, but I’ll be responsible for categorising the gifts to help buyers choose the best gifts for their friends.
Any idea if Magento can help? and any ideas on what changes will need to be made?
e.g.
1. no shopping cart.
2. buy button pops up the merchants product page.
3. smart filtering of people profiles to refine the product choices.
4. ideally merchants can signup to propose their goods, but this is not needed at the start.
