Magento

Currently we run a nutrition/supplement site on aspdotnet storefront and are thinking about switching to Magento Community to try it out.  We have a data feed that supplies all the info on our site, but we are thinking about changing all the prices to wholesale and charging a membership to gain access.  My question is can Magento do this right off the bat?  I know it is 100% customizable, but we are already spending a bunch of money elsewhere so I am hoping that this can possible.

It is possible with Magento without big investments.

I know it can be done, any pre-written module for this?
