the problem is: you can’t check if the CC is stolen.
Usually transactions with CC will be denied by the CC company, so you can see then that there is a problem.
One funny answer I would like to share, you can track transaction of CC real time and the store should inform instantly inform you. This might be the way. Or you can block credit card informing your bank or credit card company.
