I’m very interested to have a compound product type that allow to add option to the a main product ...

I mean as on the Apple Store or Dell when you want to buy a computer you have a basic price and you can
change options like processor, memory or harddrive ... and the price is recalculated ...

No, you can do this now. It works right now, with the stuff we already have. Play around with attribute sets and watch the screencast on grouped products.
