For your script diamond database I am sure there are a few third party developers that has experience with such a feature and it would be easy to do but might be costly to set up. My guess is in the $10K range. They are certainly out there but you might have to pay for a preset number of hours to just evaluate your diamond database. I would recommend trying to focus negotiate a set project fee as the diamond database in your example appears to be quite customized with a lot of features shown and requires constant updating since each piece is unique. Have you tried reaching out to the developer community here? I am sure there are a few developers with quite a bit of experience with your script diamond database.
