Even though they are enabled, I’m receiving order confirmation e-mails on neither the address specified when ordering nor the “send copy to” address. Looking at the order in the backend, it says “Order confirmation not sent”, however, at he bottom of the page it says “Customer informed”.

A little help would be much appreciated.
