Just upgraded via Magento Connect from 1.6.0 to 1.6.2. Suprisingly everything went smoothly with exception of the following:

1. In Admin, when I goto Customers , select a customer record to view, then click on the Orders Tab, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function addFieldToFilter() on a non-object in /home/username/public_html/app/code/core/Mage/Adminhtml/Block/Customer/Edit/Tab/Orders.php on line 48

Scoured the web for a solution, but coming up short. Tried reinstalling via Magento Connect as well as overwriting the core files as some posts have suggested, but the error persists.

Any thoughts, suggests, help, greatly appreciated!

Did you re-index the site?

Yes. Re-indexed, cleared all caches and sessions, but still getting the error. Have scoured the web for a solution but nothing.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks for that tip. In fact Mage Maven Order Comment was causing the issue. Updating to 1.0.4 resolved. Would have never figured out the extension conflict. Again, thanks VERY MUCH for the info!!!!
