We are having a few problems with taking payments through our website, any help would be greatly appreciated. 

When we put an order through - most of the time - the money is going into sage pay, but the order is showing up in the ‘orphan transactions list’, instead of on the back end, where it should be - along with all of the order details!

We have been working on it for a few days now and are getting pretty frustrated as ecery test payment we do is ending up in the ‘orphan transaction list’, if anyone has experienced the same problems, could you please let me know how you resolved them as we want to get it sorted ASAP

If you purchased the extension through Ebizmarts, they normally offer a certain level of support. Otherwise it could be an issue with how your Magento is configured and how your Sage Pay is configured. Are both checking for 3D secure details? There should be no discrepancies between them.

I take it that Sagepay have seen no issues with these orders? If they have they may be able to determine the location of the problem.
