We bulk change prices of configurable products to special prices via backend.
Special prices do show up in the catalog pages and article pages.
If a product is selected only the normal price shows up in the cart.
A work around is momentarily:
a: go to the backend
b: mark all (or your recently changed) configurable products (which have a special price)
c: select change status
d: select activate
After that the prices in the cart are correct.
Question: is there any known bugfix for that behaviour?
The above metioned procedure works but doin that after any update is anoying
I have the same problem.... If I insert a new product is all ok.. If I update a SPECIAL PRICE of a pre-existing product I get a strange mistake.... Special Price is shown as 3% of original price (that’s a big discount !!!).... Whatever I do now that 3% price will stay there.. No matter if I change again the price, if I delete the special price, etc....Nothing…
