Page Not Found 404 only on IE and Opera

Hi,

I have done an upgrade from 1.4.1.x to 1.4.2.0. Suddenly on Internet Explorer I get only a 404 Page Not Found Error any page I try to acess. The same behavior is observed on Opera, while on Firefox, Safari and Chrome everything works as before.

Actually after clear cache was proven to be a browser independent problem.
