is there a way to integrate magento with QB? I need my QB inventory to update when we sell online, and my online inventory to update when we have a physical sale.
Also, we’d like sales to automatically forward to QB, so we don’t have to enter them manually.

Yeap, you can do that. There’s Magento QuickBooks Integration Addon (see here: http://www.mag-manager.com/magento-quickbooks-integration). It can automatically export and import your products, customers and orders from your Magento store to QuickBooks. To make use of it you’d need to have Store Manager for Magento installed (see here: http://www.mag-manager.com). Store Manager is a software for easy administration of Magento stores of all types.
