In dell.com and dell.de

They selling the same products, attribute of the same product(same SKU) is the same

but they are in different language and price

Can Magento do this?

The ideal case is, when I add a product and enter its attribute in dell.com, the same product appears in dell.de automatically and the product page is in German

Absolutely, you just have to create 2 seperate store views.  In one it could be english and the second store view would be in german; or if you wanted them on seperate databases with seperate admins, this would work too.  Just remember that if you use one database, you have to check off both stores view when creating each new product.

In case I dont know German

When I add a product in English, I enter:
1:Necessary information (price quantity.....),
leave short and long desription blank,
title is a model number
2: I have prepared all the attribute title and content in English and German
3: I add necessary attributes to the product, in English

Then the product will show in dell.de with
title: model number
short, long description blank, and
attribute in german to describe the product (eg. width:22” , Color : red....)

then it is readable by german, even I dont know german, I have dell.de to sell my product .

Can I do this in this way?
