I upgrade to 1.6.0 from 1.5.1 via magento connect successfully(a little long time), see follow message:

And some one told me to set app/etc/config.xml

Yes,the “"1062 Duplicate entry ‘69-General’ for key ‘UNQ_EAV_ATTRIBUTE_GROUP_ATTRIBUTE_SET_ID_ATTRIBUTE_GROUP_NAME” problem"” disappeared,but a new error occured as follows:
