Magento

Im trying to install on Heart Internet, using a post by JD 19 Feb 08. (Installation on Heart Internet UK)
All goes ok, until i get to configuration, where you enter the SQL DB details.
Which i enter, but i keep getting the following errror message

o SQLSTATE[42000] [1044] Access denied for user ‘web173-magento-3’@’%’ to database ‘magento’
o Database connection error

Ive checked SQL DB is there, and details for filling in info.

Host = localhost
DB Name = magento
Username = web173-magento-3

Can anybody help

Solution to problem:

Both the user name & DB name need to be: web173-magento-3
which is generated when you create a new DB.

You are then required to select on “Skip Base URL Validation” in the web access options
If this is not selected you will get the following error message:

not accessible # Unable to read response, or response is empty

You will then go to the next screen, “Create admin account”.
