Magento

I discover magento this morning and I am impress I have past all the problems from installing it, the common persmion issue and I just get it runing gladly in one day , this must sound so newbie but how does CVS files work, I already down load the spanish version and I upload all the files an nothing happen I know I missing something silly I would really apreciate your help thanks. I am preparing a tutorial with a newbie lenguaje jejeje I think I could save hours with the key points for no technical users. Great job everybody in the comunity if there somithing I can help in translation issue I will do it testing the spanish version, making some comments about it
