SECURITY warning while using search form on https pages

I noticed that the search form is NOT SECURED.
When users go to “My Account” or “Checkout” the system goes over from http to https, just as is should.
However, while on such a https enabled page… the search form remains sending its queries unencrypted.
Of course that won’t be personal information, so encryption of the query is not really necessary.
But AT THIS POINT the user will get a SECURITY WARNING from its browser…
That alone might make them distrust the site!
What to do about this?
