PayPal support tells me to show Item IDs for non-express (credit card) transactions I have to download 2 reports.
PayPal:
“The item ID is not available in the history download for Direct Payment API
transactions. To retrieve this information, you can download the Transaction
Detail Report.”
1. Where EXACTLY is the Transaction Detail Report????
2. Is there a way to get all the info in ONE download??
