Since upgrading to 1.6, my Paypal sandbox will charge the “card” but not return the notification to Magento
I have activated IPN in the fake sandbox business account, but it wants the Notification URL.
What is it for 1.6?
I think that sandbox was working fine in 1.5 and i had not yet turned on IPN (?)
