Hi

I\’ve set up an app im my magento store but i am yet to submit it. I\’ve downloaded the Magento Mobile app on both iPhone and Android and they run the default magento mobile store fine.  But they both fail to load when i enter the details for my store.

On the \’Magento Store Mobile Previewer Launch\’ Page the instructions say \’For the Store URL, add your full domain name appending the \"xmlconnect\" directory (e.g. http://www.Your_Store.com/xmlconnect)\’.

My xmlconnect folder is at http://zaale.com/app/code/core/Mage/XmlConnect
Is this the correct url? Ive also tried including a trailing ‘/’ on the end

My App code for android is: defand2
Ay App code for iphone is: defiph1
If anyone wants to test.

Has any one else got their app to work pre submition?

A couple issues you might have:

For the iPhone:
If an iPhone 4, make sure the application is not cached when you change the URL and App code.  To check, double click the home button, then if Magento is in the list at the bottom of the screen, hold it until it starts to shake.  Press the x in the corner, and this will remove it from the cache and stop the application.  Then when you load it, the app should open properly.
The syntax should be “http://zaale.com/xmlconnect” and “defiph1”

For android, make sure that your URL was “http://zaale.com” and that you did not include a / or “/xmlconnect” at the end
