i have upgraded magento 1.1.6 to 1.1.8

after that ...

i am not able to see Browse Files or Upload Images Buttons in the Product page

Please help me out

Hi nagendra, I just had this problem as well.

to resolve it I replaced the /skin/adminhtml folder with the files in the 1.1.8 package

I did this and the browse files button under product entry still does nothing in firefox. But in IE it works as it was before.

Try to remove cache and check again.

Actually you just have to take the /skin/adminhtml/default/default/media/uploader.swf from 1.1.7.

Can someone offer any other suggestions?  I tried replacing the files and still cannot see upload images button.  I have tried FF, IE, and Chrome.

Can anyone help? I really need pictures to add to my store and without the upload option my store is basically down.  I’ve read several threads on this and cannot find the answer anywhere.

This is just a suggestion.

If you are using your own theme, temporarily switch back to default theme or change the name of your adminhtml theme and then check to see if the browse/upload button is there.  If they are there then you have at least limited the problem to somewhere in your admin theme files.

I’m using the default template unfortunately and I replaced the entire adminhtml folder and still cannot see the problem.  I’ve even used the 1.1.7 adminhtml folder, and still cannot upload any images.  I really need this to work in case anyone can please help.
