I’ve been looking for this for a while, but finally found it. I am getting 90/100 ratings on google page speed after installing this on nginx.
It is SUPER fast in conjunction with OnePica Image CDN.

Follow the instructions, but i had to make some modifications to get it to work on my server… just mixed and matched with my existing server.
Dont forget the file permissions and to “service nginx restart” after changing any config files.
