Hi all,

Just to clear something out.

Is Magento following the ZF coding standards?

If yes, is there any permitted exceptions?

With few exceptions, such as:

* short open tags are allowed in templates.
* concatenation dots are not enclosed in spaces.
* indentation for for long lines hard wraps should be always one soft tab forward.

Thanks for clearifying this, because i was wondering about those short open tags smile

Please see my post in Feedback forum, where i ask for a .htaccess in bootstrap package to set flag for short open tags.. i have done it my self, but for other people this would probably help!
