Hi,

I have already read the other posts about this problem… but in my case the two buttons are not visible !! (see the attached file)

I have tried to upgrade Flash, I have cleared the cache, delete the var/cache and var/sessions… but didn’t resolve the problem.

I will put my shop in production very soon, so I have to add products, and I can’t because of this problem.

I’am on firefox 2 and Windows Vista, Flash 10.

I have IE 7 on my computer and this is the same problem.

Can anyone gives me a solution ?

Thanks.

I have finally find a temporary solution.

I replace design/adminhtml/default/default/template/media/uploader.phtml with the precedent version of 1.1.6.

The buttons were visible, but impossible to use it.

After this, I have downgrade Flash player to the 9 version.

Now I can upload images on Firefox 2.0.

A very simple solution to this issue is, take the fresh ‘js’ folder of the same Magento dummy version and overwrite the store’s ‘js’ folder with this fresh copy. We got the issue resolved by doing like this.
