1) I have an italian ecommerce of stoves: http://www.estufe.com done with zen-cart
and I’m working on it to connect all ask for prices to vtiger as new account, and hten I answer there with quotations (now I’m receiving about 20-30 per day..)
I think could be a great idea add also on magentocommerce the possibility to add the button ASK FOR PRICE and the possibility to show prices only to registered users, and connection to vtiger with web form module.

I need to add more fields and on zen-cart this is very hard to do.. I hope in magento will be more easy..

zen-cart and oscommerce have a really simple not professioanl sistem of ASK FOR PRICE BUTTON, sending only to a form that send an email, nothing else
this night I got a nice idea!

I know that magento not permit to manage ask for price or appointment at this moent
instad oscommerce and zen-cart do that, maybe also others?
I saw using very little this option in my experience..

Anyway I think this can be a lot useful, especially if sellers can manage into magento the ask for prices and ask for appointments or something else similar.. here my idea:
Create the same button of ordes, with a different state value, sending ASK FOR PRICE or ASK FOR APPOITMENTS to another state (a false order not countet who permit modifies in amount), something like a order in pausa, waiting for confirm of the client, and all could be done cloning all order managing to another section, obviously these false order will be divided from a different state value..

I hope some developer will understand my idea and will work on it, or answer to me

ok, i think the solution is to connect it with webforms int ovtiger and then xync products of magentocommerce with vtiger in thsi way:

I just need to add the function o track referrer url or clients ask me price often without tell for which prodct ,a and i don’t nknow fro which page they are coming.
