Using Magento Connect to install Add-ons

pt80chip Total Posts: 15 Joined: 2010-02-17 Ignore user	So, I have this add-on to verify buyers. I got the right key for my software “magento-community/Netzarbeiter_CustomerActivation”. However, when I go to the Magento Connect Manager, paste the key & press install, it replies with: Couldn’t resolve host ‘magento-community’ The instructions seem pretty straight forward. What am I doing wrong?
