Hi, after upgrading to 1.1.7 it does not work to upload pictures. Browsing and uploading them seems to work but the picture does not get attached to the item. After saving it disappears. Same problem on both Safari and Firefox.

Hello

Please check this thread for suggestions http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/23613/P15/

Essentially there are issues for all software using Flash and its upload functionality when moving from Flash 9 to Flash 10

Thanks

Upgrading to Flash Player 10 did the trick. Thank you!

Hi!

I still have this problem using flash player 10 (FF3) and the recent version of magento 1.1.8.

Any suggestions?

I had this problem way back. I needed to chmod the media folder (and all sub folders and all files) to 777. If that is going to take ages you might be able to ask your host to do it.
