Which files do we need to alter in order to make the layout RTL ?

أي الملفات يجب تعديلها للحصول على عرض من اليمين للشمال؟

You can put it in the file :
app\\design\\frontend\\base\\default\\template\\page\\html\\head.phtml

I had to edit the styles.css file under the theme’s directory.
