.htaccess of Magento ver. 0.7.14800 does not work while it did on version 0.6.14100

it gives this error: Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/php-cgi/mywebsite.nl/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is the version 0.7.14800

############################################

And this is the 0.6.14100 that worked and also workes on the new version

    php_flag short_open_tag on

The difference is in the name of executable in

Action php5-cgi /cgi-bin/php5-cgi

It is up to the user to specify the correct name.

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php

 DirectoryIndex index
.php

<IfModule mod_php5.c>

php_flag magic_quotes_gpc off

     php_flag short_open_tag on

</IfModule>

 <
IfModule mod_ssl.c>

SSLOptions StdEnvVars

</IfModule>

 <
IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

Options +FollowSymLinks
     RewriteEngine on

#RewriteBase /magento/

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/(media|skin|js)/

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
     RewriteCond
%{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
     RewriteCond
%{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-l

     RewriteRule
.* index.php

</IfModule>

Order allow,deny
 Allow from all

I just changed AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php from the one that Magento installer wrote.

Thanks in advance
