the source html shows it looks for skin in /skin/romanian/adminhtml/… did you change any settings for the skin URLs either in core_config_data table or in admin?

Happy New Year smile

Just to make sure - you cleared the Magento cache after deleting the records, right?

Hello Everyone,

So far so good the 0.7.14800 is up and running with pretty much all the bells and whistles Magento team currently has.

A few questions I have:
1)
On my romanian part of the store everytime I am switching to the locale currency I get the following display instead of the actual currency:

=0#lei|1#leu|1

Also :
2)
when managing the currency now everytime I import a new rate from Webservicex I get

Cannot retrieve rate from http://www.webservicex.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx/ConversionRate?FromCurrency=USD&ToCurrency;=RON

and I have to reset it back to entering a current rate manually?

Also :
3)

Any new input in the GoogleCheckout - ETA maybe ?;)

Thanks and all the best to all Magento Team and our Forum users in 2008!!!

Peter

This is a known ZendFramework bug. I hope it will be fixed soon.

2) when managing the currency now everytime I import a new rate from Webservicex I get
Cannot retrieve rate from http://www.webservicex.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx/ConversionRate?FromCurrency=USD&ToCurrency;=RON

According to http://www.webservicex.net/WCF/ServiceDetails.aspx?SID=18 they provide exchange rates for ROL only, which you can find as Old Romanian Leu at admin/system_config/edit/section/allow/.

Please note that the official Romanian currency is leu / lei (plural) and it’s subdivision is ban / bani (plural).
According to ISO 4217 (Codes for the Representation of Currencies and Funds) the abbreviation for LEU is ROL and Romanian Country Code is RO.
Please see: http://www.jhall.demon.co.uk/currency/

So I suggest to change the leu nou in leu with the abbreviation ROL and maintain only leu vechi with a new abbreviation like ROV or something. The parity is fixed 1 ROL = 10000 old Leu so it can be implemented easily I think.

Regards,

Ioan
