Hey everybody, this is my first post on here.

I’m having a pretty serious issue. First off, I’m our companies Front End Developer/Designer. Our backend guy is on vacation. Our servers went down this morning for 20 minutes which is very rare. Once the servers came back up, one of one of our magento sites is giving an error in the backend.

The error we’re recieving is “Fatal error: Class ‘Mage_Sarp_Helper_Data’ not found in /home/badm/public_html/store/app/Mage.php on line 520” and the backend is blank, other than the header.

I went through the front end of the site and it appears everything is function properly.

Anybody got any ideas what happened or can offer any help?

Do you know if any custom extensions are on this site?

There shouldn’t be a Mage_Sarp_Helper_Data file as there isn’t a Sarp folder.

What version of Magento is this?

Thanks for your reply.

I’m not sure what version we’re on.

Yes, the site does have custom modules installed.
