As per my website requirement, my customer support executives will place an order on behalf of customer. Executive will just leave the payment process. After placing order, customer gets notification to do payment for his/her order. When user open the link provided by the system, customer can complete the payment process by selecting one of the configured payment gateway by website administrator.
It’s fine if the checkout flow is used once again for payment process.
In existing system, i have customized the checkout process and removed the “Payment method” step.
Please suggest what i should do to achieve the requested functionality?
