I want to build free store, anyone can request to create store or website, and i will give user to this owner website/store but i cant define rule for only his store, if i add user , i must add rule for global.
Interesting idea, however; please be aware of why Magento was built. It is an e-commerce shopping cart and not built for membership. In all reality it is very possible do to what you are requesting, however it would require a total rework and extensive modding. What you are requesting is to become Magento, while using Magento’s product, in which it wasn’t made for.
