Is there any possible to override the template ?

I am working at adminhtml_block_sales_order_invoice.

How should I hack the template without changing core ?

Any suggestion will be helpful… thanks

Maybe you can create the same class, but into the Local scope (instead of Core).
In my development tests, that overrides the Core class and you don’t need to modify it.

Is this what you need?

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<config>
    <global>
        <
blocks>
            <
adminhtml>
                <
rewrite>
                    <
catalog_product_edit_tab_options_option>MyCompany_MyModule_Block_Catalog_Product_Edit_Tab_Options_Option</catalog_product_edit_tab_options_option>
                    <
catalog_product_edit_tab_options_type_file>MyCompany_MyModule_Block_Catalog_Product_Edit_Tab_Options_Type_File</catalog_product_edit_tab_options_type_file>
                </
rewrite>
            </
adminhtml>
            <
catalog>
                <
rewrite>
                    <
product_view_options_type_file>MyCompany_MyModule_Block_Catalog_Product_View_Options_Type_File</product_view_options_type_file>
                </
rewrite>
            </
catalog>
        </
blocks>
    </global>
</
config>

Otherwise, you should be editing the layout files
