So, the database collapsed and I had to reupload it.. however I appear to have a ghost NOT LOGGED in feature.

I have 2 NOT LOGGED IN groups, one is viewable and deleteable in groups and the other is not.

Now the problem comes when I want to apply a rule. It wont let me apply to the top NOT LOGGED IN group. this is the one that effects the site if you are not logged in. It simply unhighlights it on saving rule.

Is there a way I can reset this?

Fixed - Had to go into phpmyadmin and put this into database to overwrite what was there. It was caused when I reuploaded the database, anything with default value of nothing, was automatically given a value of 1, so Not logged in was given value of 1 instead of 0.
