The products that I sell are purchased in quantities up to 2000, but the app only allows a maximum of 99.

Is there any way around this?

Currently, we only allowed to use the drop down options for quantity.  The drop down options can go up to 99 qty.  For your use case, you can create a product name with pack of certain lowest quantity. (e.g your product name (pack of 1000)).
