I’m using Magento 126.96.36.199.
All my customer emails send correctly except the email to the customer when they enter their email address in the Forgot Your Password field. This drives me crazy because they email to complain, I need to manually reset their password, and then I email the new password tot he customer.
I’ve checked that Customer Configuration>Password Options has a template selected for the Forgot Email Template and I selected a sender for the Forgot Email Sender. The Forgot Email Template looks OK.
So what could be the problem and how would I fix it?
