I dont agree on that, magento expert freelancers can bring up a very beautiful theme, no doubt. And the best i can suggest is to buy a theme and customize according to the needs, that will be less time taking and lss costly too. And i think this is the approach followed by many ecommerce store owners.
Good templates/themes must be a good combination of good Graphic Design, good Magento Coding, version updates and good support. Some Magento partners are good in three parts (coding, version updates, support). While site like templatemonster are good with one part (design) only. That’s why many template buyers are having problems.
