Why export profile create a cvs with fileds images populate and import profile not works.

I have a cvs to import with the fildes images populate (/folder/img.jpg) but not see the img.

I try to export this record and the fildes are empty.

who know why?

I git a little problem to understand your question.
Are you trying to import products with images from the scratch?

Or you your problem is the export process?

P.S: Of course, I’m NOT a genius.

did you put your product images in the import folder in your media directory?

yes...images are upload and path is correct.

When you say that the images path is correct, it means that you put the images into the import folder into media direcotry, or you put images into media/catalog/product without use the importer?

i upload img in /media/catalog/products/6/9/images.jpg

in cvs under images fildes i write “/6/9/images.jpg”

is correct?

I’m not completly sure, I didn’t use it like it’s supoused that We have to.
What I remember abotu the improt process, is that you need to put all your images (without directorires) into the import folder. In your csv file, put the iamges names.
Then, you can start your import.

Maybe someone can confirm that information.

i upload all images in /media/import. then in my cvs i write only the image name. Then i start import procedure and....not works:(

ok now works.

The way is upload all images in media/import. Then in cvs write /imagename.jpg (slash before)
