I use firefox 3.0.3 to build magento online shop.
In backend menu (Manage Product) for image of each product when I pressed “browse files” button, the window should pop up, but it wasn’t. I don’t know what’s happen. I change computer, it wasn’t. I tried internet explorer, it poped up. Please help me what’s happen.
And how I can solve this problem.
Thank you.

Check on your FF Tools> Add-ons> Plugins If you see Shockwave Flash 10.0 or If you’re running Windows go to your control panel, Add/Remove Programs (XP) or Programs and Features (Vista) and check if you have the Flash 10 plugin installed.

There’s an issue with Flash 10 that has affected several applications, on this thread http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/15414/ a few users found a workaround which is uninstalling flash 10 and reinstalling Flash 9. That would be the fastest solution so far

I try it, but it’s no change.
I don’t know the solution.
Thank you.

I follow your suggest on this thread http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/15414/ .
I install Flash 9 from their links, but it can’t solve problem.
I use computer in the other that has Flash 9.0.124.0. I found it can solve the problem.
I think whom have this problem, search for that version it can solve that.
Thank you very much.

Actually upgrading to Magento 1.1.7 which will be released during this month will allow you to work with Flash 10 as well

Thank you.
I will upgrade to 1.1.7.
I like magento. It’s so convenience to build e-commerce.
However I think it’s so difficult for using.
I’m a new user and I must find file to change code by myself that spend much time.
Thank you.
