Newer MagMob update not working with Enterprise?

Hi,

We have a newly launched Enterprise site and were hoping to launch an iPhone app alongside (we have already paid for the product).
The app worked fine in the Previewer app, until we read and followed these instructions:

Updating (as per point 1) caused odd behaviour in our standard Enterprise website.  We (hopefully) have fixed this (or at least our Enterprise Partner developers have).  But more importantly, the iPhone app we built with the new version (the one that now includes the options for iPad etc) does not work correctly in the Magento Previewer app.  The product pages are not functioning.  The add to cart button is blank, the page won’t scroll, info is missing and the image loader animation is perpetually spinning.  Please see attached screenshot.

Has anyone any similar problems or any ideas as to how we can remedy this?  The iPhone app was going to be a big part of our relaunch campaign… any help greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Did u created new store only for iphone app ??  (other than default store)

1.While adding product from admin panel u should choose proper store view at the top left corner and give complete details about each product while adding product to that iphone store and choose iphone design , 1 column layout in custom design dropdown.

2.U should choose the store view for categories also and choose iphone theme 1 column layout for each categories in custom design tab

Manage Categories>Choose Store View:>choose category>custom design Tab>Custom Design: iphone and page layout :1column

Manage Products>Choose Store View:>choose product>design tab (on left)> Custom Design: iphone and Page Layout: 1column

The previewer app is for iPhone and we will release the iPad preview version in the next month.

shivanagouda: The app was working in the previewer fine with the older version of mobile extension - it\’s only broken with the new one.  We even deleted the app and rebuilt to no avail.

LindyKyaw: I should clarify - this was an iPhone app on the iPhone previewer (as seen in screenshot).  I only mentioned iPad being in the menu as evidence that it was the newer version of the extension.

Is it possible to provide a stable download of the MM extension for Enterprise 1.9 please, so that our developers can install it without using MagentoConnect?

We did that first!  This is the reply we received to our Enterprise Total Support ticket:

“Thank you for contacting Magento Support. All inquiries regarding support for Magento Mobile (including the mobile component within our Enterprise application) will be handled online at:

http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewcategory/26245/”

So here we are… I’m confused - is there no official support for this product?
