Hi, I’m not sure if this is specifically an upgrade issue as this is a new site. So, for some reason when you click into an order and try to convert using the invoice or ship buttons, you are unable to save the newly created invoice, etc, when you click on submit.
Having similar issue too. I have tried manually reinstalling 18.104.22.168, Removing AW Blog which I upgraded shortly before noticing issue, Removed all of the VERY slightly changed (hours only) email templates I made. I have tried disabling the invoice and shipment emails.
New order email goes out just fine, but nothing with invoice or shipment, I get,
“Cannot save shipment” or “Cannot save invoice” depending on which I try.
Did you get any solutions for this problem?
I have same situation when I trying create invoices or shipments.
Im’ Get 22.214.171.124 version just a week ago.
Any help will be realy appreciate.

this doesnt work…
didnt upgrade but added sweet tooth rewards and a couple other things. now this message is displaying for invoices and shipping. THOUGH its not saving, it is still processing and customers are still receiving emails… how to fix???
