I am trying to create a website for services such as speech writing.

In essence i want to be able to do something as such, you select the type of speech you need from the services page such as

Argumentative
Research
Supportive

ext..

From here i want the customers to be able to put in the amount of words, pages, citations and so on and it calculate the price for it..

Is there a plugin that does what i am trying to explain?

This is something very specific that you would have to have written for you. It seems fairly straight forward and I am sure it can be done.
