Dear All,

I tried to use magento connect to download a program but after I enter the log-in and password I receive this message:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method PEAR_Error::  getPackage() in \home\....\Web\magento\downloader\pearlib\php\PEAR\Command\Registry.php on line 194

Could any one help me with this?

I tried to download a complement (payment program) with magento connect in the Admin Panel, but after I entered the user and the pasword, I received that massage.

Try deleting the following file:

And see if that works for you.

I delete the file, but it didn´t work.

I´m getting also this error.
I delete the file /www/downloader/pearlib/pear.ini and it didn’t work for me.
