Hello i want to know if exist any Extension or way to solve my problem… i try to explain to you…

We have a Tshirt Custom Printing Store… so when my clients select the t-shirt and the size… they need to upload the designs files in JPG, PNG, PSD etc… i need in OneStep Checkout add and step to upload process i hope is clear… sorry for my bad english…
