Would appreciate any help on this error. Everything else seems to be fine but it looks like it’s failing to set the admin template correctly. Is there a way to manually force the template and resolve the error? This was following an upgrade copying the latest release into the installation. Current version should be 1.1.6, previous version was 1.0.19870. This is running of PHP5 and MySQL5. There appear to be a //default instead of /default/default. I guess there’s maybe a way in the DB or a config file to force the template???

Error is:

Warning: Mage_Core_Block_Template::include(/var/www/apache2-default/magento/app/design/adminhtml//default/template/login.phtml) [function.Mage-Core-Block-Template-include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/apache2-default/magento/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Block/Template.php on line 144
