We just launched a site today for one of our clients. It is the first full blown Magento site we have built, and based on my past experience with other shopping carts I must say Magento rocks my socks! The functionality is great, the ease of integration with Authorize.net was a breeze, and most importantly it is open source. It is wonderful to see a new product turn the whole shipping cart/ecommerce world upside down. Thanks to the Magento team for all the hard work!
The site we launched is http://www.dearjac.com. It just went live today, so please have a look and let us know what you think. Jac is a small boutique in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood. They sell designer clothing and lots of unique treasures. The owner wanted to create a shopping experience that she felt mimicked the in store experience. We’re still working with their staff to teach them how to properly take, resize, and upload photos - so be patient with those when checking it out.
